The STIHL FS 240 R is a powerful and robust professional brushcutter built for demanding trimming and clearing jobs. With a 37.7cc STIHL 2‑MIX engine producing 1.7kW of output, it delivers strong torque and improved fuel economy, while lowering emissions compared to earlier two‑stroke designs. This makes the FS 240 R suitable for property maintenance, landscaping, and agricultural work where both power and manoeuvrability are essential.

The loop handle offers excellent control in confined spaces, making this model ideal for trimming between trees, along fences, and around obstacles. The simplified starting system, manual fuel pump, and automatic ignition reset ensure reliable starting throughout the day. STIHL’s anti‑vibration system improves operator comfort, particularly during extended sessions, while the long‑life air filter reduces service frequency and keeps performance consistent even in dusty conditions.

At 6.6kg, the FS 240 R balances power with manageable weight, and comes fitted with an AutoCut 36‑2 head for efficient line feeding during heavy grass cutting. The 750ml fuel tank supports long working intervals, making this brushcutter a dependable choice for professional contractors and acreage owners who need consistent performance.
