Orders
How can I track my order?
We’ll email/SMS you a tracking link when your order ships — you can also see it anytime under My Account → Orders.
What is your return policy?
You may return any item within 30 days of delivery, provided it’s unused, unfuelled, unassembled and still in its original packaging; return freight is at your cost. Custom orders, clearance lines and anything that has been started or shows wear aren’t eligible. If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, reach out through the Contact Us page or call 07 3273 6457 and we’ll resolve it promptly.
What is your shipping policy?
At checkout our system checks your postcode and shows only the services that can reliably reach you. Most customers will be offered a choice between Standard and Express courier. If you’re within 25 km of Acacia Mower Centre in Acacia Ridge you’ll also see a Local Delivery option, and in some areas a faster Priority service may appear. If an upgrade isn’t listed, it simply means the carrier doesn’t provide that speed to your location. We pack and dispatch orders as soon as they’re ready—usually within one business day—and email and text you a live-tracking link the moment your parcel heads out the door.
Payments
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Because we start packing as soon as payment clears, we can’t change items, quantities or addresses once the order is placed. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately on 07 3273 6457 or via the Contact Us page—if the parcel hasn’t left us yet, we can usually stop it and issue a refund. After dispatch, our standard return policy applies.
