Acacia Mower Centre – Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

1. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
All goods we supply come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement, refund or exchange for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired, replaced or exchanged if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
2. Change-of-mind returns & exchanges

Change-of-mind returns or exchanges are not accepted on clearance items, custom-ordered parts, or products that have been fuelled, oiled or used.
3. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, is faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange one of:

Repair at no charge;

Replacement / exchange with the same or equivalent product; or

Full refund, including any return freight we authorise in writing.
4. How to start a return or exchange

Order number & invoice date

Item(s) you wish to return or exchange

Reason (faulty, change of mind, different size/model, etc.)

Clear photos if the item is damaged or defective

We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorisation (RA) number and shipping instructions.

Pack the item securely, write the RA number on the label, and send it to:

Keep your tracking receipt; you remain responsible until the parcel reaches us.
5. Exchange & refund timing

Exchanges: once the return passes inspection, the replacement item dispatches within 2 business days (subject to stock).

Refunds: processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of inspection. Your bank/payment provider may take extra time to release funds.
6. Warranty repairs
Most brands we sell include manufacturer warranties (typically 12–36 months). Provide proof of purchase and a fault description, and we’ll facilitate the claim or direct you to an authorised service agent.
