Description
The STIHL HTA 50 is a lightweight battery pole pruner for tree and shrub care around the home. STIHL aims it at domestic users for delimbing, treetop work, pruning high branches and removing deadwood. The compact cutting head keeps a clear view of the branch, and a sturdy branch hook pulls down loose cuttings.
It runs on STIHL AK System lithium-ion batteries and is suited to noise-sensitive areas, with a sound pressure level of 78dB(A). The split shaft gives a total length of 280cm and can be extended to 330cm with an optional shaft extension. This listing is the tool only (skin), so the battery and charger are not included. STIHL recommends the AK 20 battery.
