Great tool overall. Runtime on the AP500S battery is excellent—it feels like it just keeps going, even on larger jobs.
The extension is very useful, although at full length it does start to get fatiguing. Realistically, I wouldn’t want it any longer than it is.
So far, I’ve only used it on one large hedge, but it performed very well and handled the job without issue.
The safety trigger can be a bit fiddly at times, though you do get used to it fairly quickly.
One improvement I’d like to see is some form of integrated locking point or loop—something that allows for a more secure, heavy-duty lock when transporting or storing it on the roof.
