Description
The STIHL WSA 40 is a mobile, battery-powered pressurised water tank that supplies water to your STIHL cut-off machine for clean wet cutting, including on construction sites with no water supply. The water binds dust and cools the cutting wheel. STIHL positions it for professional use in horticulture and landscaping, civil engineering and road construction, and says it is compatible with all STIHL battery and petrol cut-off machines.
This is the kit, so you get the 10 litre tank with level indicator, pressure relief valve, 4m water hose with standard coupling and pump head, plus a STIHL AS 2 battery and an AL 1 charger, ready to start work. Pressure adjusts steplessly from 1.5 to 2.5 bar, the pump switches off by itself when the tank is empty or left idle, and an LED indicator shows the battery charge. The device weighs 3.1kg.
