The Mower Centre’s communication is… Confusing to say the least. After purchasing the mower on the 29th or so, I was expecting it to take a while due the Black Friday sales.
Waited a few days until 2nd December and dropped into the store since we lived nearby. At the counter they said a new pallet of mowers came in and mine is probably on the pallet and should be ready in the afternoon. Got a call on voicemail saying that this type of mower is harder to put together and will take a few days.
After waiting for another few days , I gave them a call on 5th of December to see what the deal was. They said they had that mower in and it would take 20mins to build and that I could pick it up.
Honestly I’m not mad, if I was I would have given you a bad Google review, I’m just more confused. I don’t really care that it took a couple of extra days but I would have just preferred if it was on backorder that they would have just said so. Anyhow, I hope you can improve with this information.
