*All customers will get either our current best price, special price or discounted price based on the lowest price available to them For example if the item has 5% RRP off and your customer level entitles you to 15% off RRP, you will get a further 10% of the special price. i.e. Total 15% off. Not 5% Special plus 15% Discount. Discounts are only available on goods paid for in full. Other specials like minimum trade or interest FREE terms etc are not eligible to have the customer level discounts applied.The final say on any discount is at the discretion of the store manager
** For multiple purchases you will get an additional discount i.e. 10-15%, single buy you get 10 % two or more units you get 15%
VERY IMPORTANT : Some items may have a separate promotion on the website which makes the price better than your individual discount. For these cases, please contact us to secure current promotion price (Unfortunately the software we use limits our capabilities in this area)
Do I need to be a lawn mowing contractor ?
No these accounts can be opened by all contractors, business users, individuals, schools etc that meet the minimum spend requirements.
How do I open an account ?
You can either purchase a product, email or phone us and we will do the rest. When you contact us please advise us you want to open an “online preferential customer” account and we will do the rest. If you send an email, please provide your contact details (phone and address) so we can do everything for you.
How do you get added to the customer group ?
Once you have opened an account online, email sales@mowercentre.com.au and advise them you wish to become a preferential customer and they will do the rest.
Are you a member of a contractor group ?
If you are a member of a contractor group, then you will start on the customer level based on the members of the group’s purchases to the maximum level of a Gold Customer. So let us know if you belong to a group like Jims Mowing, VIP etc and we will check the status.
